Mayor of the County of Cork, Cllr John Paul O’Shea, will officially launch the “Cork County Ireland 2016 Centenary Programme” this afternoon in Cork County Hall.
Cork County has over 300 events planned for the 2016 Centenary Programme, the largest number in the Country. State ceremonies, re-enactments and diaspora events with some of Cork’s twinned towns.
The full details will be unveiled this afternoon.
