The retailer is a great employer across Cork county, and a big supporter of local Cork suppliers like Keohane’s Seafood, Silver Pail, and Irish Yoghurts. I’m sure this new store will have a very positive impact on the local economy of this vibrant Cork town.“
Geoff Byrne, Chief Operating Officer, Tesco Ireland said, “We’re finally on site in Fermoy and we couldn’t be happier to turn this sod today. Once completed, this new store will bring all the positive benefits that Tesco brings to a town; including local jobs, community supports, opportunities for local suppliers and a new shopping experience for colleagues and customers.”
