The headline as Gaeilge means Liadh Ní Riada MEP congratulates Gaelscoil Mhuscraí on E-Twinning project.
Sinn Féin MEP Liadh Ní Riada congratulated the children of Gaelscoil Mhuscraí in Blarney on the completion of the E-Twinning project.
The Ireland South MEP was attending a special ceremony at the school, where she reviewed their work and presented certificates to the children.
Ní Riada said:
“I am delighted to be in Blarney to mark this special day with the children and staff of Gaelscoil Mhuscraí. Their interaction with a similar school in Brittany, which resulted in a book, written jointly by the children in both schools, has added to their experience of other cultures and enhanced their appreciation of their own.
“I want to congratulate the children on their work and also their teachers who facilitated the project.”
