This year’s Cork City Sports International Athletics Meet will be the 64th. The event will take place on 7 July.
Mater Private Cork have announced sponsorship for the 800m men’s race.
Anna Fitzgerald CEO, Mater Private Cork, said “we are delighted to sponsor the men’s 800m race at the Cork City Sports, an event which will include Ireland’s European Medal Winner Mark English”
Well known photographer Tony O’Connell is also Chairman of Cork City Sports. He welcomed the Mater Private Cork onboard as a new sponsor to the meet.
The Mater Private Hospital in Cork is the newest and most recent private Hospital to open in Ireland. Located in Mahon it provides a full range of services and already has a recognised expertise in Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Gynaecology and Urology.
