The future of a Leap Post Office will be discussed again this evening.
The scenic West Cork village – between Rosscarbery and Skibbereen – has
been without a Post Office service since February following a contractual
dispute between An Post and the contractor.
An Post is willing to consider authorising a new branch to open if a strong
business case can be put forward.
The community council will host a public meeting in the Leap Community Hall
at 8pm
Independent County Cllr Michael Collins is encouraging people to attend
