The age of the “Drive thru supermarket” has arrived in Cork
Supervalu’s first drive thru has opened in Carrigaline
Customers no longer have to enter the traditional store to pick up
their litre of milk, loaf of bread,
or weekly shop!
Instead they can order select their goods online, and then when
passing the store
they can pull up their car to a designated spot and staff will load
the goods into the boot.
It’s called “Click and Collect”
David Collins, from SuperValu Carrigaline says the service give busy
customers more options
