The Cork Screen Commissioner, Niall Mahoney, has left the Commission as his
contract has come to an end. An experienced Producer, he will be returning
to the freelance market, plus running Musketeer Production Services Ltd. a
company which specialises in assisting incoming and indigenous productions
with all of their location and production needs in Cork & Kerry areas.
After two years in the post, Commissioner Niall Mahoney is leaving the
Commission to pursue his long career in Film and TV production through his
company, Musketeer Productions Ltd. The Commission will remain active and

Commenting on his departure, Niall said ‘ It has been a great two years at
the Commission and I would like to thank everyone, both from Cork,
nationally and internationally for all of the help and support they have
given me – it really was appreciated. I’ve made a lot of contacts, and
friends, through my work as Screen Commissioner, and I hope that I’ve helped
a few people along the way. I look forward to continuing that in the future
and to make more, and bigger, productions in this great County – thanks
again for everything!’
Niall will continue to provide all aspects of production support in the
County, including location scouting, management, production management and
logistics.
