Cork Commissioner for Oaths David O’Sullivan has adjusted his service to focus on weekday evenings. The service makes life easier for anybody who needs to have legal documentation witnessed/executed.
On the website, Mr O’Sullivan said
“You may have a document that needs the signature from a Commissioner of Oaths, Peace Commissioner, Practising Solicitor, Notary Public, or similar. It could be an Affidavit or Statutory Declaration perhaps. There are many different types of documents that exist.”
He continued
“With one phone call or email, you could have the job done today. Not only do I offer a mobile service where I travel to the customer anywhere in Cork City or suburbs; in addition, I now focus on weekday evenings so I can travel to the customer when they arrive home from work at 6.30-7.30pm for example. This saves the need for a customer to take precious time off work, or otherwise upset their plans. I realise that having a document witnessed can be a hassle, but now it’s a bit easier, and more convenient. I welcome enquiries”
Full details are on www.CommissionerForOaths.ie. The service is available throughout Cork City and suburbs, and further into Co Cork if required.
