The new expanded Airtastic Entertainment Centre opens in Little Island today becoming “Cork’s largest leisure destination”, according to the backers.
At a cost of €1.5m and creating up to 30 new jobs a Northern Ireland leisure firm opened its first site in the South in October 2017, focusing on trampolines for the youth audience, but now it has expanded to include entertainment of interest to a teen and adult market.
The newly expanded premises includes a 12 lane bowling alley featuring the latest bowling technology, a space themed indoor 18 hole mini golf course, inflata and ninja park with activities including Beat The Wall, Drop slides, Wipe Out and amusement arcades where you can play to win tickets and exchange them for fun goodies.
Visitors can also eat, drink as well as play, at NY Kitchen, which will serve delicious food and drinks including burgers, pizzas, shakes, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages too.
With 6 party rooms and a range of party options it’s the perfect venue for birthday parties. You can choose to host an inflata, bowling or mini golf party or have a combination of parties. Whichever you choose you will be able to host the party of the year at Air-tastic.
Sharyn Ingrey, Area Manager for Airtastic Entertainment Centre commented “We’re excited to be opening the doors of Airtastic Entertainment Centre on 25th October. We’ve created the biggest and best leisure destination in Cork. At Airtastic you’ll now be able to enjoy inflatable, ninja activities, bowling, space themed mini golf which is the only indoor mini golf in Cork, amusements and delicious food and drinks under one roof.
“Whether it’s for family fun, kids’ birthday parties, school or group trips, work functions, nights with dates or mates or simply an excuse to celebrate the weekend – you name it, Airtastic Entertainment Centre has got it covered. It’s going to be great fun for everyone!”
Airtastic currently has 3 other sites at: Bangor, Belfast and Craigavon.
