very lucky year” at National Lottery offices today as they collected a
cheque for €250,000. The lucky winner, who wishes to remain private,
matched the six numbers in the Lotto Plus 2 draw on Saturday 7
September 2013 to win the quarter of a million euro top prize.
“It’s been a special year for us and this is the icing on the cake,”
said the delighted wife.
The lucky ticket was a €4 Quick Pick purchased in English’s Foodstore,
Main Street, Conna, Co. Cork on the day of the draw, Saturday 7
September 2013.
