Golden Apple Training is delighted to announce the launch of its new website. Now, for the first time, Golden Apple Training will be offering courses and workshops in sales and customer service which are open to everyone to attend.
The new mobile friendly website is designed to allow users easy access to content and introduces the company brand and offering with the use of online videos.
Golden Apple Training designs and executes a range of customised, interactive workshops and courses to address specific business needs and challenges.
Commenting on her new website, Eleanor O’Kelly-Lynch, owner of Golden Apple Training said, “Most of our lives are spent at work so it makes good sense to make the work day meaningful, productive, satisfying and as enjoyable as possible. We can facilitate this by giving participants the tools to enhance their performance and relationships at work. I go into organisations and businesses to help sharpen customer service skills, improve performance, help build a sales pipeline”.
Eleanor goes on to say, “We can design a variety of bespoke, practical workshops and courses, tailored and personalised to meet these priorities”.
Visitors to the new website are encouraged to sign up to the monthly newsletter to receive tips and updates on sales, communication and presentation skills together with details of upcoming workshops and courses.
Based in Glanmire, Co Cork, Eleanor is a graduate of UCC with 25 years experience in third level teaching, field sales, training and sales management. She has a large client portfolio including small and medium sized businesses in the retail, tourism, media and animal health sectors, in the public sector, in credit unions and in multi-nationals.
Eleanor is a member of the Board of Management of St John’s Central College and was recently appointed ‘Ireland Coordinator’ for the UK based CDLS Foundation – a UK and Ireland charity offering support to families of children with Cornelia De Lange, a rare syndrome.
