The strength of these awards lies in its meticulous, phased judging process managed by an experienced panel of business leaders coupled with the extensive profile the finalists receive across multiple print and digital platforms.

Dairygold were awarded the impressive accolade of Overall Winner of Cork Company of the Year 2017. The four award categories for 2018 are:
- Emerging Cork Company of the Year (less than 3 years in business)
- Cork SME Company of the Year (less than 50 employees)
- Cork Large Company of the Year (50-200 employees)
- Cork Corporate of the Year (more than 200 employees)

Winners in each category along with the Overall Cork Company of the Year will be announced at the Cork Chamber Annual Dinner held on February 2nd 2018 which is one of the largest business events of the year, where close to 1000 business people, including the country’s leading business and political figures, will be in attendance.
