Christmas comes early for shoppers with Free Parking in Cork City Centre from Monday
Christmas has come early for shoppers coming into Cork City Centre as from Monday (22 October)
Free parking will be available for 6 weeks in the run up to the Christmas season, thanks to Cork City Council and Cork Business Association.
The parking promotion includes:
*Paul Street Car Park: 10am-12pm Monday-Thursday and 6pm to midnight on Thursdays and Fridays.
*North Main Steet Car Park: 10am-12pm Monday-Thursday
*Black Ash Park & Ride at the Kinsale Road: Every Saturday
There are loads of reasons to come into the City Centre in the run up to Christmas, from the wonderful shopping, restaurants and bars to the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival and Corona Cork Film Festival, the Christmas Food and Crafts Markets in the Grand Parade, the Festive Installation in Bishop Lucey Park, and the pantomimes and theatre in the Cork Opera House, Triskel and The Everyman.
