Aldi Ireland has added two new cheese products to its summer seasonal range from award-winning Cork Buffalo Mozzarella producer Johnny Lynch.
The latest products from Johnny’s farm, just in time for summer are:

Johnny Lynch runs the Macroom Buffalo business with his wife Geraldine, making prize-winning buffalo mozzarella for Aldi in the heart of the Irish countryside.
Aldi’s award-winning buffalo mozzarella is made from fresh buffalo milk, which is produced daily on Johnny’s farm. Macroom Buffalo farm has Ireland’s first and largest herd of free roaming, grass fed, Water Buffalos. Each day fresh Water Buffalo milk is taken to produce fresh cheese right on the family farm. All Irish, vegetarian and 100% natural cheese, totally free from any artificial additives, colouring or preservatives.
The above products are available in 137 Aldi stores nationwide now.
