BUSINESS: Cork-based financial advisory firm Buckley Kiely & Co. has announced a rebrand and expansion, joining forces with Kildare’s FinCAS Ltd. to become BKK. The combined entity – which in recent years has arranged client funding in excess of €50m – will strengthen its focus on supporting entrepreneurs and CEOs in scaling their business and supporting their finance functions. Current and previous clients include Irish-Sino-US product design firm PCH International and digital verification success story Trustev, sold in 2015 to TransUnion LLC for some $44m.
