FBD Chairman Liam Herlihy, FBD Munster regional Manager joined FBD Midleton branch manager John Ryan and his staff to cut the ribbon on the re-opening of the FBD office in Midleton, Co. Cork. Also included are Aisling Hourigan, Keith Ryan, Mike Leahy and Ina Cotter, FBD Midleton staff.
Chairman of FBD Insurance plc, Liam Herlihy along with Midleton Branch Manager John Ryan officially opened FBD’s newly revamped sales office today and marked the occasion with an event for employees, customers and guests.
The company has a longstanding presence in Midleton having established a branch in the town in 1986. FBD Insurance is also relocating its Cork City branch to a new location on The South Mall in Cork city later this year which again reinforces FBD’s commitment to serving our Cork customers.
Speaking at the opening, the Chairman Liam Herlihy said “We have worked closely with the farmers, small businesses, motorists and homeowners of Midleton and the surrounding area for fifty years and look forward to serving and protecting our customers into the future. FBD is proud of our nationwide branch network in conjunction with our Mullingar-based sales centre and we believe we bring real value, service and expertise to customers’ insurance needs. This new look office is a sign of our on-going commitment to Midleton and our confidence in the opportunity that Cork presents for FBD Insurance. I am confident that John and his experienced team will continue to serve the insurance needs of the farmers, business people and consumers of the County”.
Branch Manager, John Ryan said “I’m delighted to officially open our rebranded sales office here in Midleton. My team and I look forward to serving the needs of existing and new customers in the area”.
