The latest development at the Clayton Hotel Cork City is the promotion of Ellen Cahalane to the role of Corporate Business Development Executive.
The Clayton Hotel Cork City is pleased to announce the promotion of Ellen Cahalane to Corporate Business Development Executive.
A Kerry native, Ellen completed her BBS in Hospitality Management at Cork Institute of Technology and gained vast amounts of hospitality experience working for Hilton in the UK, Parknasilla Resort and Spa and as Sales Executive in the Cork Airport Hotel.
In January 2017 Ellen joined the team at the Clayton Hotel Cork City and completed their companies Sales Development Program.
Commenting on the announcement, General Manager Conor O’Toole said, “We are delighted to see Ellen’s progression over the past year and looking forward to supporting her in this new role. This promotion is an indication as to how focused we are on employee development and training.”.

Located on Lapps Quay in the heart of the City, the popular and award-winning Clayton Hotel Cork City has just completed a €2.9 million euro refurbishment of their bedrooms and lobby. Renovations of their conference and events center takes place this August with a further €400,000 investment.
