The Willy Wonka of Meringues Stall’s has arrived at Cork’s English Market

The Tipperary Kitchen’s Marvellous Meringue boutique has just opened in Cork’s English Market. This pop-up shop is the latest instalment to the English Markets start-up stall, situated just off the Grand Parade entrance and is Irelands first meringue boutique. This stall really is the Willy Wonka of meringue stalls, with specialist artisan meringues available in eight flavours and every conceivable shape and size. The stall offers meringue blobs as big as your hand, meringue lollypops, meringues kisses, meringue nests, Eton mess desserts with meringues, chocolate and cream, bringing customers expertly prepared meringue treats and improving the market experience with a touch of theatre. This is a stall not to miss.
Speaking of the opportunity, Ann Marie Walsh owner of The Tipperary Kitchen Marvellous Meringues brand says “This is a great opportunity for us to showcase our new Marvellous Meringue range which will be available in SuperValu Stores Nationwide just in time for Christmas. We want to show the people of Cork and visitors to the market that meringues are much more than pavlova, our new flavoured meringues make the perfect dessert but also a tasty treat to share with friends. The Tipperary Kitchen are successful members of the SuperValu Food Academy and their products Holycross Chocolate Biscuit Cake, The Tipperary Kitchen Dessert Sauces and the Marvellous Meringues Range are available from SuperValu stores nationwide as well as other stockists. However, it is the Marvellous Meringues range with their many colours and flavours that will be the main feature of the pop-up shop in the English Market. Meringues are becoming quite the trend locally and internationally. Move over cupcakes and macaroons, meringues with their crispy exterior and slightly chewy interior are attracting quite a following.
