What: Film In Cork presents 1 Day Pitching Workshop
When: Saturday, October 7th – 10am to 5pm
Where: Metropole Hotel, Cork City
In advance of IndieCork Film Festival’s Ronan Phelan Pitching Competition Pitching Competition on October 14th, Film In Cork will host a 1 Day Pitching Workshop with David Keating on October 7th.
This one day, trauma free workshop explores effective and persuasive ways to present and pitch film projects. This training is aimed at writers, directors and producers who are interested in developing pitching skills for shorts, features and television drama.
David Keating will lead the workshop. A film director and screenwriter, David also directs theatre, and his writing includes work for Sony Miramax and films such as Into The West, The Last of the High Kings, and Cherry Tree. He is a teacher and project mentor working on an international basis.
Pre-enrolment is essential and applications with a CV should be made to rossa@filmincork.com by 5pm on Thursday, September 28th. The cost of the workshop for participants is €20.
