Feelgood Friday is back in Cork and Kilkenny Shop is on hand to help you shake off the stress of the week with an outdoor yoga class like no other.
Friday 28th of July from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, Emmet Place will transform into a space of wellness and relaxation with the help of Cork City Council, and the incomparable Lalit Kumar, founder of the Himalayan Yoga Valley Centre.
With food and drink instore provided by Perry Street Market Café, the event promises to be the perfect summer evening activity.
The event costs €15 and with the price of the class redeemable against a purchase from Kilkenny’s fabulous new Wellness Range on the evening,including brands like Green Angel and Yogandha, there’s never been a more ideal time to take the time to grab your yoga mat and indulge in a spot of self-care.
