Boutique Hotel invests in Apartments for Longer Term Stays
Following the recent investment of €5 million at the luxury 4 star Montenotte Hotel in Cork, the hotel has just announced the launch The Residence comprising 19 apartments, in the grounds of the hotel for corporate and longer term stays.
The 2-bedroomed apartments have been extensively refurbished to ensure that guests enjoy the same unique experience and luxury that the Montenotte Hotel delivers for corporate and leisure guests. The Residence dwellers will also be able to enjoy all the four star boutique hotel benefits of the Montenotte Hotel, including screenings at the in-house cinema ‘The Cameo’, swimming pool, personal training and full gym facilities at ‘The Motion’ club, as well as the new Roof Garden, Panorama Terrace & Bistro and lovingly restored Victorian sunken garden.
Speaking at the commencement of works in Cork, Montenotte Hotel proprietor Frankie Whelehan said, “We are excited about the latest phase of refurbishment at the Montenotte Hotel, which complements our existing four star plus offering and gives longer stay guests a home from home at the Residence. Particularly in Cork where there are so many multinational firms, attracting overseas executives regularly, we have a number of enquiries already to book the apartments for 3 to 6 months at a time.”
Set on six acres with ample private parking for hotel and apartment residents, The Montenotte Hotel offers high speed broadband, conferencing and meeting facilities and a number of dining and private dining options which provide both indigenous and multinational clients with some of the best facilities in the region.
