Marymount’s Sunflower Days are taking place all over the streets of Cork city and county towns on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th June. Please support your local hospice by buying a pin or texting MARYMOUNT to 50300 to donate €4.
Paula McGovern, Head of Communications with Marymount Hospice is calling on people to support Marymount during Sunflower Days. “Marymount supported more than 3,000 families in Cork in 2016 but the stark reality is is that we need to raise €3 million each year to continue to be able to provide our existing services.
“Sunflower Days are so important to us in supporting our services and making sure we can meet the needs of as many people as possible.”
There are Sunflower collections in the city centre, Douglas, Ballincollig, Wilton, Blackrock, Cobh, Glanmire, Blackpool, Blackvolane and many more – the full list of locations is available to view at www.marymount.ie.
“If you’re near a collection please pop by, say hello and buy a pin. But don’t forget you can also support Marymount by texting Marymount to 50300 to donate €4.”
Marymount will receive a minimum of €3.25. Service Provider: Likecharity Helpline: 076 6805278
