Cork Opera House is proud to announce their summer musical for 2017, Annie
Cork Opera House will present Annie from 20 July to 20 August. This captivating musical tells the story of New York in 1933, when city is struggling. Even the president isn’t sure what to do next. But a group of orphans, led by the irrepressible Annie, can show the grown-ups a thing or two about life. With a can-do attitude and some self-belief, anyone can make the world a better place.
There’s a lesson for all of us in this wonderful story. It will have you believing that yes the sun will come out tomorrow!
This Cork Opera House made production of the 40 year old Broadway classic will warm your heart. Filled with larger than life characters, the all singing, all dancing, high energy show has an infectious optimism. Annie and her friends remind us that you’re never fully dressed without a smile.
