Tipperary eased to 10/3 to retain Liam MacCarthy Cup
Following their 2-27 to 1-26 victory over reigning All Ireland champions Tipperary in the Munster SHC quarter-final, Cork are now 3/1 from 14/1 to win the Munster SHC for a 52nd time.
The Rebels who will play Waterford in the Munster semi-finals have also seen their price cut into 8/1 from 20/1 to win the All Ireland SHC. Reigning champions Tipperary will now have to come through the back door and they have been eased out to 10/3 from 6/4 to retain the crown.
League champions Galway have taken over at the head of the outright betting following Tipperary’s defeat and they are now 11/4 favourites from 7/2 to win the All Ireland SHC.
Liam Glynn, BoyleSports spokesperson said “Cork shocked Tipperary in Semple Stadium and as a result The Rebel County are now 3/1 from 14/1 to win the Munster SHC.”
He added “We have eased Tipperary out to 10/3 to retain the Liam MacCarthy Cup following their defeat to Cork whilst The Rebels have been cut into 8/1 from 20/1 to win the All Ireland for a 31st time.”
