The Clonakilty Blackpudding Company has unveiled a new product. It is the Clonakilty Blackpudding Sausage!
It appeared on the shelves before the weekend in a select number of Tesco stores, and independent shops across Ireland.
Using a recipe first created in their Clonakilty Town centre butcher shop – Edward Twomey’s – the Clonakilty Blackpudding Sausage “brings the best of Clonakilty together, combining the traditional flavour of Clonakilty Sausages mixed with the unmistakable texture and flavour of the famous Clonakilty Blackpudding”
According to the brand “You can grill, pan fry or even BBQ them… Great for breakfast, in a salad for lunch or with some mash and gravy for a hearty dinner.”
