When Little Island-based civil engineering contractor, Rossmore Civils was contracted to carry out site development and access road works at Facebook’s new data centre at Clonee, they put their latest Komatsu machines to the task.
Recently, the company invested in its 30-strong fleet of Komatsu units with the addition of five new PC138US-10 excavators to undertake site development, enabling works, large civil works, concrete works and landscaping. Notable recent projects include both Dublin and Cork airports, the M7 motorway and the N11 Arklow to Rathnew PPP.
Founded in 2008, Rossmore Civils employs over 120 staff, serving a nationwide customer base with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical and foreign direct investment sectors.
