A Cork clothing company has won a lucrative contract to supply Martin O’Neill and the Irish soccer team with their suits for the European Championships in France next month.
Suit Distributors, who are based in the North Point Business Park, Blackpool and Ballycurreen Industrial Estate, opposite Musgrave Cash and Carry are delighted to announce that they will be supplying the Irish soccer team with their award-winning Jack Doyle suit brand for the Euros in France.
Two Cork designers, Michelle Burke and Siobhan O’Connell, who are creating a huge name for themselves in the world of fashion design, have designed the Jack Doyle award-winning suits.
The company already supply suits to the Irish cricket team, the Compromise Rules GAA team, Cork City, Manchester United and also have clothing contracts with key presenters and reporters on RTE, TV3 and Sky News.
“We hope this lucrative contract will help us grow our business going forward, especially, our online business which we will be launching very soon, John Barrett of Suit Distributors said.
“We are thrilled and honoured to dress the Irish soccer team in our famous brand – the Jack Doyle range. It is great to have a Cork company involved with the current Irish set up and we look forward to working with and dressing two of our own, Mr Tony Fitzgerald, the president of the FAI and of course the assistant manager Roy Keane.
“Hopefully, another Corkman David Meyler will also be in the squad to add to the Cork connection,” John Barrett of Suit Distributors, North Point Business Park added.
