The Northern Ireland based James Nicholson Wine Merchant Ltd also known as JN Wine are bringing their Spring Wine Tour to Cork on Monday 9th May.
You don’t need to be a wine expert – interest and a bit of enthusiasm will suffice. It’s about sharing and enjoying wine with like-minded people. Tastings are informal, with a walk-around atmosphere, no knowledge required, and no lectures to attend.
The JN Spring Wine Tour is the ideal opportunity to sample a selection of the wines on offer and get the chance to talk to the people who have had a hand in making them. Some producers confirmed to date include: Murray Barlow from Rustenburg, Mark Kent from Boekenhoutskloof, Louw Strydom from Ernie Els Wines (all from South Africa), Tim Ford from Domaine Gayda, Southern France, Karin Nylund from Viña Bujanda, Rioja, Giacomo Mattioli from Umani Ronchi, Italy, and Leticia Montero from Grupo Pesquera in Ribero del Duero.
