PricewaterhouseCoopers has relocated its Cork offices to the city’s largest office block, One Albert Quay.
The professional services firm has doubled in size over the last few years and needed new facilities to continue its growth strategy. It has agreed to lease a 1,300sq m (14,000sq ft) space on a 15-year lease in the centrally located complex that already houses US multinationals Tyco and Starbucks.
Property investment group Green Reit acquired the office block for about €58 million last year, some nine months before its completion. The building was constructed by local company JCD Group.
