James Byrne & Company, chartered accountants and registered auditors, has officially announced the amalgamation with the accountancy practice of Gerard Sheehan and Associates and appointment of Gerard Sheehan as a Director of the Company. The enlarged practice will operate as James Byrne & Company.
The announcement was made at a recent event at the Clayton Hotel, Silver Springs, Cork, where James Byrne & Company unveiled their other new partnership with international software company, SAGE to provide a new online cloud based accountancy and payroll service for clients.
Headquartered in Mallow, the practice has earned a reputation for its skills in practical and progressive solutions to accounting and taxation issues and the larger practice and partnership with SAGE will enhance further the service provided.
James Byrne, Founder of James Byrne & Company said, “The practice has grown significantly over the past 30 years and it’s important to keep up to date with the next generation of accounting solutions. Our partnership with SAGE will allow James Byrne & Company to continue to provide innovative solutions for our clients, while saving precious time with the help of the cloud.”
Newly appointed Director of James Byrne & Company, Gerard Sheehan, said, “I am delighted to be officially joining James Byrne & Company.
