Pallas Foods, have announced that their trade-only Inspiration Show, “a must-attend fixture in the Irish hospitality calendar”, will take place in The Rochestown Park Hotel, Cork on Tuesday and Wednesday, the 8th and 9th March 2016.
Now in its 6th year, the Pallas Foods Inspiration Show is one of the biggest trade showcase events in Ireland with a wide range of exciting and innovative new food products lined up for chefs and operators to discover and sample.
This Inspiration Show is open to anyone working in the hospitality sector in Cork, and the wider Munster region, and Pallas Foods today encouraged all chefs, restaurant and café owners, buyers and operations managers to pre-register their attendance on www.pallasfoods.com/shows. This year’s Inspiration Show features an exciting number of local Cork artisan food producers, including the award-winning Macroom Buffalo Cheese, brainchild of the Lynch Family, who rear the first and only milking Buffalo herd in Ireland and Pat O’Farrell who has 30 years’ experience producing his top-class Carrigaline Farmhouse Cheese.
With a diverse portfolio of over 13,500 products, Pallas Foods supplies the highest quality of international and locally sourced products to over 9,000 hospitality businesses across Ireland. During this two-day showcase, guests will have the opportunity to learn about new food and beverage products on the market, discuss menus with the expert Pallas Foods team of development chefs, get ideas on how to grow their business, network and of course, be INSPIRED by new food products and trends in the market.
