Innishannon, Co Cork has joined a growing list of Cork towns that will have no election posters erected.
The Innishannon Tidy Towns committee have asked all political parties and candidates to refrain from erecting posters within the village.
The request is a voluntary one, but so far it’s understood all candidates have complied as best they can by asking their teams to avoid the 50km zone of the village.
