Entertainment Update
Aladdin’s magic carpet is soon jetting out of the Everyman Theatre as this year’s panto comes to a close on Sunday, January 10th. Aladdin, and his friends, have had a hugely successful run this festive season… oh yes they have!
Over the past month, tiny tots quickly filled up the theatre’s seats, joining the cast for over two hours of giggles and guffaws, song and dance. Live music set the party atmosphere with fun pop songs and sing-a-longs.
A mystical genie (played by Keith Hanley, winner of the Voice of Ireland), a flying carpet and an old lamp, a beautiful princess, irresistible baddies and an exotic trip to the Far East… this marvelous, and much loved, pantomime is not to be missed.
CADA Performing Arts Academy has entertained families with their Pantomimes at the Everyman for the past 21 years. This year the team returned with a whole new script, fresh ideas and even more magic than ever before.
With only a few shows left, don’t miss the hopelessly romantic Aladdin and all the gang for the adventure of a lifetime in the Far East in this fun-packed panto – guaranteed to enthral the whole family with heaps of audience participation and the jolliest of jokes. The adventure story of Aladdin will continue to run in the Everyman until January 10th.
