Business leaders and commercial interests will meet on Tuesday 24th November at The Clarion Hotel, Cork, to explore the extent of the economic recovery in the regions of Ireland, with a specific emphasis on the Cork region.
With David Murphy (Business Editor, RTÉ News) facilitating the discussion, this invitation only event is hosted by RTÉ Television Media Sales, Hopkins Communications and The Clarion Hotel Cork.
The findings of a recently compiled report on the economic recovery indicators from Seamus Coffey, Economist at UCC Cork, will be presented, with comment and analysis from the heads of two of the region’s largest employers, Bob Savage (Vice-President & MD at EMC Ireland) and Jim Woulfe (CEO of Dairygold).
Entitled ‘To what extent has the Recovery spread around the Regions – special focus on Cork’, the breakfast briefing will facilitate audience participation, and is expected to bring clarity and sound analysis of the current economic indicators, highlighting the opportunities and challenges that face businesses today, with particular reference to the SME’s sector in Cork.
