Cork moves closer to London (in terms of ease of access)
Cityjet will launch an 18-times weekly service between Cork and London City starting on October 1 2015.
It will fly three-times daily on weekdays, once on Saturdays, and twice on Sundays.

Pat Byrne, Cityjet’s executive chairman, said: “We believe the London City to Cork route has significant potential and indications are, as we launch a major marketing and promotional drive, that there are many travellers, both business and leisure, that want to enjoy the fast access and hassle-free experience that London City Airport offers.”
Details of the new Cork to London flights
The outbound service WX310 will depart Cork airport at 0740 and land in London at 0905 daily except for on Sundays, with return leg WX311 leaving LCY at 0935 and arriving in Cork at 1100.
On Mondays and Tuesdays, flight WX314 will depart Cork at 1130 and land in London at 1255, with return service WX315 leaving LCY at 1325 and arriving in Cork at 1450.
On Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, WX314 will depart Cork at 1220 and land in London at 1345, with WX315 leaving LCY at 1415 and arriving in Cork at 1540.
On every day apart from Saturdays, flight WX318 will depart Cork at 1610 and arrive in London at 1735, with return leg WX319 leaving LCY at 1805 and landing in Cork at 1930.
