There’s plenty happening at Curreheen Park Greyhound stadium this month.
March sees the with the return of one of their biggest stakes of the year – The 2015 Pat Hennerty Sales Cork Oaks. Heats will kick off on Saturday 14th March with the big final scheduled for April 4th when the winner will take away €5,500 prize money and a trophy on the night. Continuing on with racing we have the final of The 2015 Greyhound &Petworld& Odds On Dog Food Supersprint on Saturday 14th March. This is the most prestigious Sprint Stake held in Curraheen Park every year and not to forget what is up for grabs – €3,500 and the trophy, as well as the grand title of the Greyhound “Petworld” Odds On Dog Food Supersprint 2015 Winner.
Curraheen Park are kicking off the St. Patricks Day celebrations early this year! They will be racing on March 13th and 14th.
March is also a busy month for fundraisers. On Friday 20ththe Kate Flynn foundation will hold their enefit night.
