Cork Chamber, in association with Vodafone, today announced SolarWinds as
the Cork Company of the Year. Other category winners include: Emerging
Cork Company was awarded to Technically Write IT, providing technical
writing, editing, and fully managed documentation solutions to leading
hi-tech multinationals.
The Cork SME Company Award was won by Xanadu Consulting is a global online
gaming technology and services provider.
The Large Company Award was also won by SolarWinds giving IT Pros the power
to manage IT performance.
Winner of the Special Award category Cork Retail Company of the Year is
Vibes and Scribes as independent Cork retailer offering books, crafting and
wedding supplies, fabrics and wool.
Speaking at the announcement of the winners, President Gillian Keating
noted ‘The Cork Company of the Year Awards recognise the achievements of
companies operating at the top of their game across the four categories.
Year after year, the entry levels get stronger and, in tandem with our
partner Vodafone, and the committed panel of judges we work to find the
most innovative companies who deliver products and services that drive
growth and create jobs regionally, nationally and internationally. Our
finalists and winners are passionate, knowledgeable and driven to succeed
and enhance the reputation of the region across the globe’.
