A senior figure in a US multinational says Cork has been a “dream location”
for the company, and it plans on expending in the future.
The internet security giant McAfee came to Cork in 2004 and has offices at
CityGate, Mahon employing 350 people.
The company is part of the Intel Group.
This week a vice president from from California visited the Cork facility
to deliver a keynote address to the “Women In Security” Cork chapter.
Patty Hatter is one of the most senior female executives in California’s
Silicon Valley
