Play starts today in Youghal Co. Cork in the International Snooker
Challenge Cup between the Republic of Ireland, France and Northern
Ireland.
This will be the first major International Amateur Snooker event to be
held in Cork and there is sure to be some fascinating match ups over
the two days of the tournament.
Play gets underway at 12 Noon in the Market House venue in the centre
of the town as The Republic of Ireland take on France in the opening
match.
The International Challenge Cup continues through to Saturday evening.
