Anyone interested in the flooding problem in the Lower River Lee
is invited to a public information session this afternoon [Wednesday]
Details of the “Lower Lee Flood Relief Scheme” which includes Blackpool and
Ballyvolane will be on display in Cork City Hall from 3pm to 9pm.
Representives of “Arup Consulting Engineers” and “JBA Consulting”
will be on hand.
Northside Fine Gael Cllr Patricia Gosch has been vocal on the Blackpool
Flooding in particular
She is encouraging people to visit this afternoons session in the City Hall
