8 new jobs in insurance are being created in Cork.
Chill Insurance has announced it will open an office in the City next
month,
Founded six years ago the insurance broker currently employs 170 people in
Dublin.
Cork will be it’s first expansion outside of the Capital.
It follows on from Chill Insurance recently signing a three year
sponsorship deal with
Cork’s football and hurling inter-county teams.
The company says it’s plans on opening offices in other Counties in the
coming year
and will create up to 30 jobs in”personal and commercial insurance,
customer service, and administration.

He says while much business is done by phone or the web,
many people prefer speaking to a broker in person and his company
is opening an office in Cork to give people that choice.
