4-thousand jobs could be created in Ireland if a “European Union-United
States” trade agreement is reached.
That’s according to Ireland South MEP Sean Kelly.
A first informal meeting of EU ministers has taken place in Dublin Castle.
and the goal is to bring about a “free trade area” with the United States.
Ireland has a bigger than average amount of trade with the US
so the deal would boost the Irish GDP by 800million euro
and create 4-thousand jobs.
Fine Gael MEP Sean Kelly says negotiations will take years, but
any deal would boost the Irish economy
