The former grounds of Nemo Rangers GAA club in Cork is up for sale.
The 6-point-85 acre site on the Douglas Road has a guide price of 2.85 million euro – and includes a three-storey end of terrace Victorian house.
Nemo Rangers moved to new premises and pitch at Trabeg, off the South Douglas Road several years ago, which freed up their former site as one of the last large greenfield sites near Douglas.
It has planning permission for 102 units which expires in two years time.
Property agents Savills are handling the sale.
Peter O’Meara from Savills expects a lot of interest in the site
