Gardai investigating the deaths of two men in Kinsale on the 9th of September 2012 have today(11th September 2012) made a further arrest.
The man in his late 20s was arrested this afternoon and is detained at Bandon Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984. He can be detained for up to 24 hours.
