Crosshaven Lifeboat is one of the busiest in the country.
The inshore boat launched 48 times last year , and assisted 43 people.

They put Crosshaven as the second busiest just behind Howth lifeboat station in Dublin which had just two more launches.
The R-N-L-I is a charity and relies on donations. It’s network of boats attended almost one thousand calls and rescued over 900 people last year.
